Michael Scharf brings 40+ years of experience in corporate finance and banking as well as entrepreneurship to NuPay’s advisory board. He is now focused now on corporate governance and sits on multiple advisory and boards of directors, bringing his knowledge and background to bear on regulatory issues, ESG, and corporate management.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, an MBA from Cal State, as well as certifications from FINRA and the Private Directors Association.

Michael lives in Austin, Texas with his amazing wife, his children, and grandchildren.
